Our Mission
Our mission is to maximize ministry for pastors and churches within the Church of God in Illinois. We strive to be a beacon of support, offering resources and guidance to enhance spiritual growth and leadership within our community.
Our Vision
We envision Illinois Ministries as a cherished partner for pastors and churches in the Church of God across our region. Our dream is rooted in the love, service, and encouragement we offer to those in ministry. We aspire to create an environment where churches are taking the next step in making disciples and raising up leaders to go and do the same.
Our Values
Leadership-Focused
We believe in empowering local congregations to be healthy, effective, and engaged in the Great Commission. We invest in emerging leaders in ministry, training them with the necessary resources. We firmly believe that healthy churches are led by healthy pastors, and our commitment is towards nurturing such leaders.
Relationally Connected
Our goal is to foster strong relationships within our community. We partner with healthy congregations in multiplying churches and assist those that have strayed from their biblical mission to rediscover and recommit to it. We underline the value of biblical unity and ensure opportunities for connections across the Church of God in Illinois, so that no one must journey alone.
Ministry Driven
We are driven by a passion to serve pastors and churches, engaging in ministry that seeks to reclaim what hell has stolen: peace, faith, hope, and joy. We’re motivated to help ministries thrive, to equip the next generation of disciples, and to assist churches in becoming healthier in spiritual formation, strategy, systems, ministry, and excellence.
